the location was great , very close to the tram and the main street. the beds were comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful.

the location was convenient, near transport links and shops.

The room i had was quite disappointing. The size was smaller than expected, and it felt cramped. also, the air conditioning made a loud rattling noise. the bathroom had a persistent musty smell too. we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

The staff was not friendly, both morning and night receptionists were rude. the wi-fi signal was poor. It would have been better to stand near the restaurant next to the building for good reception.

the front desk staff was helpful. i found the bathroom to be modern. the shower was excellent. the location was good for city exploration.

the wifi was very poor. it was better to stand near the restaurant for good reception. i learned parking meant parking was not at the hotel. i had to park a 5-minute walk away for a fee of 23 euros per day.
