great location comfortable bed friendly staff

the location was great , very close to the tram and the main street. the beds were comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful.

the breakfast had a very small choice for vegetarians and possibly no option for vegans.

small size musty smell

the location was convenient, near transport links and shops.

The room i had was quite disappointing. The size was smaller than expected, and it felt cramped. also, the air conditioning made a loud rattling noise. the bathroom had a persistent musty smell too. we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

The location was acceptable and near the main area.

The staff was not friendly, both morning and night receptionists were rude. the wi-fi signal was poor. It would have been better to stand near the restaurant next to the building for good reception.

the building IS beautiful and WELL maintained. the front desk STAFF was helpful AND kind. the location is near durandy tram station. there are many restaurants and stores nearby.

i THINK breakfast arrangement could be improved. it FEELS that something is missing.

the location was great the beach was a short walk away. a laundromat was located right next door. the front desk staff offered really good service and remained friendly.

helpful staff modern bathroom excellent shower poor wifi expensive parking remote parking

the front desk staff was helpful. i found the bathroom to be modern. the shower was excellent. the location was good for city exploration.

the wifi was very poor. it was better to stand near the restaurant for good reception. i learned parking meant parking was not at the hotel. i had to park a 5-minute walk away for a fee of 23 euros per day.
