Excellent Stay with Amazing Staff
helpful staff convenient parking
The staff were all helpful and friendly. Mr Paul at reception greeted us warmly and patiently answered every question. The rooftop area is amazing (I enjoyed the views!), and the hotel even provides beach towels and toys. The parking attendants next to the hotel were extra nice and offered a discount for our multi-night stay.
The hotel has no air conditioning. I visited in December so it was not an issue, but I am unsure about comfort in the summer months.

the beachfront location was excellent. the rooftop offered a great ocean view, i visited it daily. the staff members were friendly and provided helpful information .
the street noise was noticeable, particularly during the evening. the parking situation was challenging, especially upon arrival. the bathroom was a bit small, with limited space.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect. mr paul at the reception was helpful. he greeted us warmly and answered all questions patiently! all hotel staff i interacted with were super accommodating.
i visited during a warmer period. it could impact comfort during peak summer months. the older facilities also presented a slight issue.

there are many options to dine at, including coffee shops. a very pleasant restaurant is adjacent with a garden and perfect mexican-style breakfasts. rooftop bbq facilities are available with amazing views.

the location is excellent, directly on venice beach. santa monica pier and beautiful downtown are within walking distance. this location could not be better for the venice beach half marathon.
