The location was acceptable. It was near a walking strip.

I found the staff slow, and they didn't appear happy, marcos was an exception since he seemed to work hard. the breakfast was genuinely the worst part. The products were cheap, decent yoghurts were missing, and the omelette egg mixture came from a plastic bottle.

The pool area was beautiful. There were a lot of sun beds. The staff was lovely. The location was perfect because it was quiet. I could easily walk to a long strip of beach.

Our room was not serviced until the end of the day on some days. There was not enough wardrobe space. Only two tiny drawers were available. I struggled to keep the room tidy because of this.

i stayed four nights. the hotel keeps high standards of cleanliness inside the hotel and around the pool. the hotel always has a calm elegance. the staff are friendly, and the rooms are spacious. breakfast was delicious and the beach is a short walk.

i found that the corridors were dimly lit. the light switches were hard to find initially. this was only a minor inconvenience though.

the room included a large bed. a tv was available, although english channels were limited to sky news. the bathroom had a bath and shower, though the shower gel was hard to reach from the bath.

Staff provided very attentive service. All interactions were tailored to my needs, which i appreciated. the team, including receptionists and cleaners, ensured a comfortable visit. I really want to mention them. luisa, the hotel manager, made a real difference

Breakfast included a selection of ingredients. the food in the restaurant reached a high standard. I booked half board with no regrets. an extra staff member would greatly help staffing in the dining area.
