The staff was attentive from the start. the hotel's location near shops and restaurants felt very convenient. all rooms boast a good view. I always appreciate that. the valet service shines here. The staff is really good and makes arrivals smooth.
I found that the pool sometimes lacked enough lounge chairs. It occasionally became difficult to secure a spot by the water.

The room featured modern decor and two separate sinks, a nice touch. the beds were especially comfortable, i slept soundly. it included a rainfall shower. Such luxury. a spacious balcony provided fine views of the surroundings.

hidden costunclear information
The mandatory valet parking at $40 per night plus tax reminded me of a hidden cost, especially since I believed all fees were settled upfront. the front desk staff gave conflicting information about the double charge on my bank account. One employee claimed it was resolved, but another had no knowledge of it. This situation required multiple follow-ups.

I waited for extended periods. also, the gym was smaller than expected. It lacked several key pieces of equipment. the treadmill i used made a concerning noise.

The venue was typical for a hotel, nicE. The food served at dinner was excellent! It had about 120 people and was delicious. The breakfast buffet was also great.
The traffic congestion coming into the island was really BAD, and it seems that it's like that everyday. There was no decent grocery store nearby. The beach on Sunday evening was crowded and noisy
