the location is great. it is easy to walk to many attractions. the staff were also very helpful and friendly. the kitchen had continental breakfast supplies, which i found to be a nice bonus.

the street noise was considerable. the walls seemed thin. i also noticed stains on the bed sheets. the room was not cleaned .

the shared kitchen had everything i needed including cutlery and a working oven. i found the shared bathrooms were kept really clean . the pub downstairs offered a convenient spot for meals and evening drinks. my room included a portable heater that worked well so I was very cozy.

i noticed one of the bathrooms on my floor was locked reducing the bathroom availability.

the staff allowed me to store my luggage without any problems. i found the staff I interacted with to be both friendly and helpful. check in is handled at the bar which was a little unusual but efficient. I had all my questions answered politely.

the hotel sits in a central spot right in the heart of the central business district. i walked easily to many key locations from the hotel. public transport options were very close making it easy to explore the broader area. it's very convenient.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. They greeted me late and carried my bags up the stairs. After checkout, they stored my luggage while i explored. The location is very central and that make it easy to walk to darling harbour. I loved the short walk to circular quay too.

My room was tiny but i was only there for one night so it did not really matter.

The hotel's location was excellent, very close to the train station. I found the facilities to be modern and very clean. The room was spacious, and I was able to leave my luggage in the hotel bar. I appreciated the accessibility to everything, a total value for money.

The hotel redirects calls to head office. This made direct communication challenging when I needed to inquire about a lost item.
