poor breakfast dirty pools

The food was not good, there were days i couldn't find anything to eat. the breakfasts were poor with little variety, and there were long queues for everything. the pools were dirty, even the aquapark one, and the beach was far away. the all-inclusive package only covered drinks. Snacks were unavailable. i won't go back there again. It does not deserve its 5 stars.

excellent service clean premises diverse food great assistance

Abanoub at the front desk REALLY shines. He is helpful. The staff exhibited EXCELLENT service. I observed very clean premises. We enjoyed our stay SO MUCH! The food service was readily available and very diverse. Helal and Alber provided great assistance during our checkout process.

I encountered NO issues with the WiFi signal in common areas. I noticed it sometimes dropped in my room.

Staff members were attentive and addressed requests promptly. I saw receptionists handle check-ins efficiently, completing the process in under 15 minutes. The guest relations team resolved issues quickly, providing assistance throughout the stay.

inappropriate behavior fake review

I must report inappropriate behavior from a staff member named eslam at the main pool. He pressured me to meet outside the hotel, suggesting he exchange my money and then made unwanted advances. he also took my phone and wrote a fake tripadvisor review, unacceptable.

excellent staff fun animation early closure pushy promoters

I appreciated the staff were excellent especially the animation guy Alex. He was a lot of fun. The food was good and the drinks were also nice.

The pool closes at 6 pm which is a bit weird. I also noticed some promoters tried to approach me for a good review but I refused.

clean facilities fresh fruit daily service

the hotel had a well maintained status and clean facilities. the room provided comfort with daily cleaning and towel replacement. shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer were available in the bathroom. a mini fridge was present with two water bottles provided daily plus fresh fruit on my first night. i really liked my balcony.

the pools did not smell strongly of chlorine and i wonder if chlorine was added daily.

the rooms had large and roomy layouts, and i saw several pools available, along with a water park that included slides for entertainment.

the food offered variety daily and the desserts were delicious. i noticed that the chef was cooperative with special requests, always trying to provide what was needed.

the staff was polite, and prepared very well . the housekeeping supervisor checked on guests almost daily to ensure we had everything needed, for example, towels or amenities.

the shuttle service provided transportation to the resort's private beaches and it was efficient. the shuttle service to naama bay and soho square serves as an alternative to taxis. the aqua park was the best part with so much fun to be had.
