amazing hotel experience!

ideal location friendly staff daily room cleaning modern air conditioning

i was impressed that this hotel had an ideal location near the harbor, shops, and restaurants. the staff were friendly and helpful. i found my room very clean every day and the overall cleanliness was something i value. the modern air conditioning was a plus, keeping me cool and comfortable throughout my stay.

honestly, the gym equipment could use a little updating, but it's a minor thing!

the location was perfect. it was very close to harbor and town center. the room size was good for family.

the air conditioning was awful. it is very old and for a couple of days it didn't work. the breakfast was average. the variety was limited and did not meet expectations.

The hotel's central location made exploring easy. The room had a lovely view from a high floor. I could see the harbour. The breakfast selection offered ample choices.

I found A few things disappointing. There was excessive noise from the surrounding streets LATE at night. Breakfast options felt limited unless you favored a FULL English breakfast. the hotel showed signs of wear. (not a huge deal, though)
