the breakfast each morning had lots of choice, it was really good. kids especially loved the pancakes and sausages. the staff were friendly and built up a great relationship with the kids, it was a treasure.
the room cleaning was a bit disappointing, it could have been more thorough.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options for different tastes. the staff at the reception were professional and always helpful to us. rooms were cleaned daily by housekeeping staff
i noticed that the pool area was composite wooden decking which could be slippery. the edges of the pool could have been cleaner especially around the baby pool. the beer price at the bar was high compared to nearby shops

the staff was really good. i felt welcome everyday. mr ibrahim and his team made the difference and the lifeguard took care of my kids. ms aslı at the lobby.
the room door handle did not look secure so it felt unsafe. anyone could easily push and access the room. the hairdryer needs to be renewed it is outdated. it barely works.

The rooms were nice. My big terrace overlooked the pool on the top floor, and it offered nice views. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. I had bar food by the pool during the day, and it was nice. Staff offered to help with luggage on the way home.
I booked a taxi to pick up at the back gate.

Breakfast had a good variety of options. Fresh omelets and fried eggs were available, and a good coffee machine was accessible. I think water during breakfast could have been better.

Staff members were helpful and courteous. I observed great enthusiasm from all employees. They seemed to want to. The front office manager was always ready to do the extra mile.
