The breakfast was excellent a wide array was available each morning. The staff in the breakfast area were attentive.
The phone in my room was inoperable. I had to physically go to the reception desk to request amenities. This was inconvenient for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

the hotel had a very nice location. the rooms were clean. i thought the staff was friendly and helpful.
the pool could be rebuilt. the walls had bad conditions. tiles were missing in many places.

inflexible staff limited water
I booked a beautiful sea view with balcony , but upon check-in , the change was not communicated to ME. I arrived in the room and saw there was no balcony , then the woman at reception explained there were no more rooms left. She promised I would be changed the next day. Many details were lacking and i found THE staff inflexible. Bottled water is only offered on the first night.

the location was good. various restaurants were close. the breakfast offered many options. the staff were professional.
the receptionist service was not great. i had a bad experience with a room change. the room was not beautiful, but faced destroyed buildings. the manager was unavailable.

the room had a very large layout. breakfast included a varied menu that was quite complete. staff offered a friendly and cute attitude, it was a nice touch.
the minibar was empty, it would have been great to have a few drinks available.

modern furnishings superb location generous breakfast constant roar cleaning personnel formal training
i found the location to be super, a true jewel. modern furnishings offered a lovely touch. the breakfast was generous, a good morning ritual.
A constant roar came from the seafront coastal road. IT was tough. i noticed a distinct lack of cleaning personnel, a noticeable oversight. the reception staff, while kind, lacked formal training for a hotel of this caliber.

updated equipment ample loungers diverse offering
The gym has updated equipment. I saw several treadmills and stationary bikes there. The pool area has ample loungers and a shaded section. Breakfast included a diverse and complete offering.
Bottled water was only offered on the first night.
