fantastic location and friendly staff
easy check-incomfortable bedfoul smell
the check-in was easy. that was a nice touch! the bed was comfortable. the room was spacious.
the room ac was not working! i went to reception and they said they would get it sorted but it still didn't work. there was a foul smell of sewage in the room. and anyone i said it to did not speak english, so it was a waste of time.

I appreciated the night reception coordinator, Ibrahim.. He provided excellent service. the location proved fantastic, with everything accurately described. I found the room we booked provided great side sea views. I was able to leave luggage in a locked room at both ends of my trip.
The breakfast variety was repetitive. I noted a lack of attention to detail in the rooms. The remote was broken.

i had to ask the room service multiple times for an iron. the reception staff did not offer much help. according to them, the hotel had a limited number of irons available.
