The location was acceptable. The pool setup seemed magical.
My room was small. There was no space to open both suitcases AT the same time. The wardrobe was tiny for two people, though. The mirror in the bathroom was oddly on the side wall instead of straight ahead. The door to each room did not stop slamming, so sleeping was difficult. i advise bringing ear plugs.

the pool area suited adults and children well. breakfast was very good also lunch near the pool was great. staff was helpful and gave a late check out with complimentary services. i was allowed access to the pool even after i checked out.
i found the gym basic for a grand resort, it seemed very small. more than 5 people felt crowded in it. cardio machines were few and half of them weren't working. machines and equipment were dated.

a shuttle collected bags from the ferry to take them to reception. the reception STAFF were amazing and upgraded us to a fantastic room. the room featured a comfortable bed and a big bathroom.
the room had only a FEW hangers with limited cupboard space.

the breakfast offered a wide variety. i especially liked the fresh omelettes. the pool area was very beautiful. there were also a couple restaurants on site.
the room was small, but clean and functional. the refrigerator was tiny, inconvenient. the bed was too firm for me, and i have back issues. the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool enough.
