i had a very modern room. a great expresso machine was included. i found the breakfast excellent, it offered a good choice.

the pool area felt a little cramped.

inconsistent standards requires improvement

changing rules overpriced drinks

the hotel is in a great location right next to the beach, i appreciated that.

the hotel rules changed constantly and i found it really annoying. one day they give us one key, then more keys, then they open the door between rooms. also, drinks for dinner were way overpriced, i payed 5e for a small sprite. cabanas were free and suddenly became only available for rent.

The staff was amazing. Auntie bojana especially stole our hearts at the kids club. the hotel's location is beautiful. the beach was convenient, just a few steps away, i liked that a lot.

The water was ridiculously priced. A small bottle cost five euros, a lot when it's so hot. i had to buy them from the supermarket downstairs, which saved money. the swimming pools were another issue. The bigger one should be for adults only but wasn't. it didn't have a shallow end, a danger for children.

The rooms are spacious with sophisticated decor. It was true indulgence!!! The sea view from my room was AMAZING. The service was perfect. Staff addressed every need promptly. The interior design created a relaxing, luxurious atmosphere. I felt pampered .

The gym was small, with only a few pieces of equipment, so it was sometimes crowded.
