Wonderful Experience in City!

I found the staff helpful and very friendly. They offer breakfast with much variety for any picky eaters. The rooms were cleaned and really spacious, this charmed me. I will stay here again for my next adventure.
I noted some issues with delays related to requests. I think some processes should be reviewed.

Many restaurants and cafés surround the hotel. A shopping center is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The location is very convenient, I found it very easy to get around.

My room had everything I wanted. The room had very nice city views. I stayed in level room on the 29th floor. The room was good and at-least moderately satisfied me.

The staff at reception was friendly. The restaurant staff was helpful when I inquired about allergens. The staff was very accommodating to me. They gave great directions for maneuvering around the city.

The breakfast buffet was varied. it offered many options for different tastes. the rooftop pool was excellent. i enjoyed the location near the metro. It made getting around easy.
my room was not cleaned one day. i discovered something missing from my luggage. it was a perfume i recently purchased. the managing team defended their staff.

The hotel had an ideal location and the staff offered really good service. I appreciated their helpfulness. our room provided very nice views of the city. It was a treat to wake up to such sights. the level lounge presented a good selection of snacks, yet more vegan options would enhance it.

Our premium room sea view had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The space was very functional. the room included a mini-bar stocked daily with complimentary soft drinks. That was a plus. blackout curtains ensured a restful sleep.

The hotel is a five-minute walk from the metro station. It made city exploration very easy. several restaurants and a shopping center are also within a short walking distance. this made dining options very accessible!
