I found the staff helpful and very friendly. They offer breakfast with much variety for any picky eaters. The rooms were cleaned and really spacious, this charmed me. I will stay here again for my next adventure.
I noted some issues with delays related to requests. I think some processes should be reviewed.

The breakfast buffet was varied. it offered many options for different tastes. the rooftop pool was excellent. i enjoyed the location near the metro. It made getting around easy.
my room was not cleaned one day. i discovered something missing from my luggage. it was a perfume i recently purchased. the managing team defended their staff.

The hotel had an ideal location and the staff offered really good service. I appreciated their helpfulness. our room provided very nice views of the city. It was a treat to wake up to such sights. the level lounge presented a good selection of snacks, yet more vegan options would enhance it.

Our premium room sea view had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The space was very functional. the room included a mini-bar stocked daily with complimentary soft drinks. That was a plus. blackout curtains ensured a restful sleep.

The hotel is a five-minute walk from the metro station. It made city exploration very easy. several restaurants and a shopping center are also within a short walking distance. this made dining options very accessible!
