small closet chilly room

i booked a comfort double room and it felt smaller than expected. there wasn't much room to move around the bed and closet space was minimal, this was inconvenient. also, the air conditioning only seemed to blow cold air even when i tried to adjust the settings. it made the room uncomfortably chilly at times and i wished it had a warmer setting.

the room was perfectly clean. restaurants nearby were easy to find. i especially loved the staff, they were helpful. the location allowed for exploration on foot.

the suitcase had to stay on the bed, there was no other place for it.

I found complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby, it's a really nice touch. the location was super convenient. Everything felt close. our room was very quiet. I slept soundly each night.

the room felt a bit small with the furniture arrangement. i had to move the desk chair to walk around the bed. there was limited storage space for clothes.

the location was really central to the gothic area. the staff were helpful and quick. the room i had was super clean, a superior double or twin room balcony. i found it easy to walk to main sights.

the street outside got noisy late. sometimes sleep was difficult.

convenient location kind staff prompt cleaning safe entrance

I found the location really convenient. everything felt close (it was especially nice being near the gothic quarter). the staff were very kind. They promptly addressed a minor cleaning issue i encountered. i really liked how secure it was, with the entrance requiring a buzz-in.

The shower door in my room didn't fully seal. I noticed a bit of water on the floor after each shower, but it was a minor inconvenience overall.
