i found the staff very helpful and friendly . early check-in was arranged, and i really appreciated that. the room included complimentary balloons and chocolates upon arrival, a very nice touch for my daughter's birthday.

The pool was closed . It would have been nice to use it.

The room i got was a bit of a letdown. it wasn't the one i paid for, a smaller category. space was tight, barely room for my bags, and the bathroom was tiny with a shower that had seen better days. Some parts were even broken. plus, they called it a room with a view, but all i saw was the wall of the building next door. smelled strongly of bleach. Not exactly a cute scent.

the location was great near the sea, very fun is the outdoor pool and rich were the breakfasts. la rambla and sagrada familia are within walking distance as are bus stations.

the beds, they are the worst beds i have ever tried. they are hard as a rock.

The room was not great. The 'garden view' patio was terribly dirty. I couldn't even sit outside. The air-conditioning kept turning off. I had to ask reception to turn it back on several times. This was pretty annoying, I must say.
