helpful staff clean rooms excellent location poor ventilation interior corridor noticeable dust
The staff was helpful I appreciated that. The hotel is clean the rooms are well maintained. The location is convenient it is near to many shops and restaurants. The rain shower had an excellent water flow it was warm with no limit.
The rooms had windows that did not open there was poor ventilation. One room did not receive any natural light it faced an interior corridor.

attentive staff great breakfast lacked privacy inconvenient sink
The staff were attentive to our needs. The hotel is near many shops and restaurants. I appreciated the elevator. The breakfast had a decent selection.
The room's design lacked privacy in the bathroom area. The sink area did not have a curtain, made changing uncomfortable. I found this very inconvenient.

kind staff generous upgrade personal touch
The staff member, osama, offered really good kindness. i received an upgrade to a room facing the city. a bottle of champagne welcomed me. It felt so personal.
The gym equipment was somewhat limited. I noticed only two treadmills.

The breakfast had classic options available. I wish for more savory choices. the staff was very friendly, always ready to assist. the fresh orange juice stood out. It was good and flavorful. the cheese selection offered a good variety.
