The reception staff were very professional. I found them understanding AS WELL. Breakfast at the hotel was amazing. The service was good AND the team was friendly.
The lifts were not working. The rooms were average. You have to pay extra for the gym. OVERALL a massive disappointment

comfortable loungers rainfall shower well-equipped gym
the rooftop pool area had comfortable loungers and offered nice city views. the room included a rainfall shower and separate sinks , made getting ready easier. the hotel also had a well-equipped gym with treadmills and stationary bikes.
