I found the staff very helpful. they provided quick service and seemed genuinely concerned with my needs. i enjoyed the delicious chocolates they left in my room in honor of my birthday. the location was perfect. I walked to the best spots.
i noticed a little noise early in the morning coming from the garden area.

the staff was efficient upon my arrival. the hotel offers a relaxing atmosphere, which i found quite charming. the location is excellent for accessing different parts of the area (i could walk to most places).
I noticed some wear and tear in my room. Specifically, the table's wood was a bit peeled.

This location is the BEST! It is in a safe area close to transportation, restaurants, and shops. I loved the outdoor pool. It was a GREAT touch considering how hot the city gets. The architecture of the building was amazing, and the staff were attentive.
The room was too small for the price I paid (comparing it to other hotels). Similar rooms in other chains are much cheaper.

i stayed for several nights and found the location convenient. it was really easy to get around (close to shops and attractions!). the staff was friendly and always ready to help with directions or recommendations. the room was clean, comfortable, and a nice size.
the minibar prices were a bit high. i also noticed some noise from the street at night (i am a light sleeper). the gym was small and lacked some equipment.

the hotel had a good central location. it was only a short walk from las ramblas and close to many restaurants and shops.
i was disappointed that refurbishment was happening . i was not warned about the noise and drilling. it started early and went on till late.
