Mixed feelings about my stay

small pool area faulty showerhead

the location was central. it was easy enough to walk to many attractions.

the pool area was quite small for the number of guests. it was difficult to find a place to sit. also, the showerhead in my room did not fit properly, the bathroom seemed a bit below a typical four-star standard.

a haven of warmth and perfect service

great assistance helpful staff balcony view

adam assisted us with a last-minute reservation he showed great care throughout our visit i found him helpful. the neighborhood allowed access to various restaurants and shops a wonderful experience. i had convenient parking and a spacious room featured balconies that looked out on a bustling area i really appreciated the double glazing.

the pool and pool area felt a little small given the number of guests present there was limited space for sitting around the pool.

I appreciated the hotel's central location, as it allowed easy exploration of many attractions. The rooftop terrace offered great views and a relaxing space. The room had effective climate control and multiple charging options, including USB ports and power outlets by the bed..

The elevator was occasionally slow during peak times, requiring a short wait.

small jacuzzi cramped pool area

i was slightly disappointed with the spa situation. it's advertised, but it's really just a small jacuzzi and a steam room that seemed out of order (or at least, i couldn't figure out how to get it working). i wouldn't exactly call it a "spa. " also, the pool area was a bit cramped, there wasn't really enough space for all the guests to relax comfortably.
