amazing breakfast great location unfriendly staff unexpected charges
i appreciated the location. the hotel is a short walk to a shopping mall, tram, and the metro. the breakfast was amazing and very good value.
the staff was not particularly friendly. they signed us up for accor membership without any clear benefits.

the room was a superior double room view. the staff was nice and helpful. i liked that the hotel food on the 19th floor tasted amazing.
the amenity of this hotel leaves a lot to be desired. the bed was hard and the bed linen was clean, but not comfy or luxurious.

The location is near Glòries and Westfield mall. Subway and tram stations are also close. The breakfast selection provided ample choice for all guests.
The elevators had long queues. This made accessing upper floors a bit slow.

The location was quite good. A shopping mall was only a two-minute walk. helpful staff worked in the bar and pool area on the 19th floor. all age groups were catered for. i enjoyed my stay.
The room was not clean. i walked on the floor with clean socks. They picked up dust. it was not 4-star quality. i was disappointed.
