The hotel has a hop-on hop-off bus stop right outside. I found a food court with nice restaurants about a twenty-minute walk away. Access to the marina was definitely a plus.

The room I stayed in felt old. I saw some visible residue on the desk. The uncomfortable bed also impacted my stay.

i was quite disappointed with the room. it wasn't as clean as i expected, with noticeable dust in several areas. i also experienced some issues with power outages, and the air conditioning stopped working at night, very uncomfortable.

The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. I appreciated the quick responses whenever I contacted reception. The location was convenient for my cruise since the port was only a short drive away. Its closeness to both the beach and Maremagnum mall was a great added benefit for my travel plans.

The room cleaning was not great since some wine dropped on the blanket and the cleaning service did not change the blanket and flipped it over

the luggage service was prompt it took my bags to my room quickly. i also enjoyed a personal escort to the cube restaurant it was very helpful and cheerful.

the pool photos can be misleading i noticed the pool wasn't working. the sound isolation was also poor i could hear the neighbors.
