rooftop bar helpful staff shower curbs water pressure
the rooftop bar offered a great experience. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the hotel provided a birthday cake and fizz as i was celebrating a birthday. the location is convenient for exploring various attractions.
i found that the shower curbs lacked proper cleaning. the rainfall shower had excessive water pressure, and i could not adjust it. also , the absence of ventilation in the toilet was a letdown. noise from the rooftop or the lobby permeated into the rooms.

bad noise isolation rude receptionist
the rooftop pool was acceptable.
the noise isolation was bad. i heard other guests easily. also, the receptionist was rude at check-in and charged me three times for taxes. she didn't even make eye CONTACT.

adequate Stay with MINOR issues
strong water pressure lacking ventilation
I found SEVERAL issues . The shower's water pressure was uncomfortably strong. There was no way to adjust it. the toilet lacked ventilation, so unpleasant odors lingered and spread throughout the room. Finally, the rooms do not seem soundproof, because I could hear noise from both the rooftop and the lobby.

central location comfortable beds
i appreciated the central location, close to the airport bus in plaça catalunya, and within walking distance of many key attractions. the rooftop bar was a highlight, offering fine views. the staff were very helpful, and the rooms were kept very clean. the beds were comfortable.

the hotel is positioned within a short walk of major city spots. the metro station is accessible within ten minutes , allowing for efficient travel. this location provides convenience for exploring key sites.

breakfast was very good with a varied selection. i observed the staff kept the buffet well-stocked and the area clean. the rooftop bar provides great drinks and a relaxing setting , although it can get crowded.

the rooftop terrace and pool area offer great relaxation options. the gym contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i noted the pool was undergoing maintenance during part of my stay.
