Fantastic Location, Wonderful Rooftop!
central location helpful staff comfortable room
The hotel's location was central and within easy walking distance to many attractions. Every staff member was kind and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Rooms were really comfortable. The breakfast had an amazing amount of choice. I had plenty of gluten-free options.
The room was too small! though the bathroom was a good size, nice.

The staff was cute and efficient. They provided assistance with directions and reservations. Housekeeping maintained high cleanliness standards daily. The concierge service promptly handled all requests I.

The room included a minibar stocked with complimentary water and soft drinks. I found the soundproofing effective. The city noises were minimal. A large flat-screen television with satellite channels provided in-room entertainment.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything. Staff members were super helpful. They quickly brought me an iron when I requested one. I found the rooftop bar a very nice bonus.

i liked the breakfast with a good amount of choice. the rooms was lovely and spacious, also with great views. the rooftop bar was special and we went most evenings. the drinks tasted nice and the bar staff was so nice.
the hotel rooms was small. our wardrobe was difficult to use because the bed was near. it had only short hanging space, not drawers. the road works made a lot of noises, working until 6.30 in the evening.

free drinks helpful staff
The staff offered complimentary drinks upon arrival. My room included biscotti and coffee. The hotel arranged a taxi for me to the cruise port the following day. The staff also provided a map.
The rooftop area was sometimes crowded with groups, so it was hard to find space.
