the room was clean upon arrival and cleaning service was daily.
The soundproofing was quite poor. I could hear street noise and hallway conversations clearly. this. also, the scrambled eggs at breakfast were bland. They tasted like powder.
The hotel offered smooth check-in. a late check-out was allowed, suiting my cruise schedule. the reception service was attentive. every staff member was helpful and kind. the room was clean, and the shower worked properly, though the parking was expensive! i appreciated breakfast at the restaurant. It had a wide selection.

inadequate sound insulationunhelpful front desk
the sound insulation was inadequate i could easily hear conversations in the adjacent room it disturbed my sleep several times. i was also disappointed that the reception staff did not offer to book a cab to the airport they told me to hail one myself. this service is something i expect from a hotel of this supposed caliber it added unnecessary stress to my departure.

the location was acceptable with easy access to public transport options nearby
the room lacked sufficient natural light it made the space feel quite enclosed and unpleasant particularly during the day also the staff at the bar were not particularly attentive or friendly it significantly detracted from the overall experience i expected a higher standard of service
