The room was very spacious with a sectional sofa, a wide desk, a king-sized bed, and a large, walk-in shower. The bathroom featured marble walls and floors. Staff members understood and spoke English fluently.. they were patient, kind, and always ready to help. The in-house restaurant remained open, offering convenience, alongside two beautiful bars, an outdoor swimming pool, and a well-equipped gym.

I noticed that the air conditioning operation was centrally controlled. It would have been great to have individual control in the room.

the reception staff could really use a lesson in basic customer service skills. they acted like i was bothering them just by asking simple questions. also, the minibar wasn't restocked during my entire stay. i had to call three times before someone bothered to bring up some water and snacks, and even then, the guy seemed annoyed to do it.

i stayed at this hotel for a few nights recently the location is great near the beach and away from the city's busy areas. my room was comfortable with tea and coffee facilities there was also a fridge. the free wifi was strong but connection was difficult near the pool or bar terrace.

the hotel has many small issues it. the shower was unable to hold a temperature large swings were common. there wasn't a nice place to read in the rooms the chair wasn't comfortable. the air conditioner control didn't respond well i had to click and press multiple times.
