I found the staff very friendly and helpful. the location was perfect. It was central but in a nice quiet area. i was really happy to find fresh pastries and coffee available every morning (a nice touch!).
the room i stayed in was a bit small. there was not even a single chair in the room, it made working difficult.

the hotel is only a few minutes from the metro station, convenient. it is located in a central area, close to major attractions and key points of interest. despite its central position, the neighborhood is surprisingly quiet.

The room was clean and bright. It created a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. i was provided with a complimentary glass bottle with the hotel logo. guests can refill it at a water fountain located on the first floor.

There is a bakery on the ground floor. It offered an easy way to get food and drinks. tables were reserved exclusively for hotel guests until a certain time. free water machine is on the first floor (i found it super useful).

the staff are the best! they were always super helpful and nice. they answered every question with a smile and helped with anything i needed. they were also patient and generally a joy to talk to.

The location worked very well. it was within walking distance to many attractions. the room was cleaned daily. I liked that. the hotel seemed to have an eco-friendly policy, and i appreciated that.
the door access card stopped working before the checkout time. i had to wait at reception because there was a queue with only one staff member on duty. also, there was no way to darken the room. the curtains were too light.

The baked goods from the bakery I found good. A water bottle they gave me was a nice touch. The rain shower I used every morning was fantastic.
The access card stopped working before my checkout. I went to the reception because of that. I didn't like the noise from the air conditioning vents during the night. The room lacked soundproofing, so I could hear hallway conversations.

the air conditioner did not work properly. i called the front desk several times, but they did not fix it. the night was very sweaty. also, the room was a bit small for the price.
