The staff was helpful. Location is excellent.
The air conditioning did not function properly, it was quite frustrating. Despite reporting the issue, the room remained uncomfortably warm. The room was also rather noisy. Traffic sounds were constant throughout the night.

The hotel provided a friendly welcome. The location was advantageous for city exploration. Breakfast offered a wide choice of food options and everything was fresh. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room.
The air conditioning did not work properly. They did not offer to change the room until we insisted. The staff reply to my request felt rude. I was trying to ask if I could have a double bed instead of two twins.

the comfort room i was assigned was far from comfortable. the room felt small, and the lack of space made it difficult to move around freely. the television was old and difficult to operate, a serious letdown. the noise from the street was constant, despite the closed windows, and not the relaxing experience i was hoping for.

I found the location excellent and close to main attractions. The hotel staff was friendly, especially during breakfast. The room was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Staff kept the rooms constantly clean and to a high standard.

The hotel is near many great restaurants and central to the sights. Everything is within walking distance of the hotel. I safe area walking to many attractions.

The hotel boasts a rooftop bar and pool deck. A glass of wine on the rooftop was a great way to end the day. Robes and slippers were provided in the rooms. The breakfast buffet had many options.
