the hotel is close to las ramblas and the liceu metro line. i found the breakfast choices plentiful. my room and bathroom were spacious and clean. daily servicing kept it tidy

i noticed some noise at night. i called reception but it was hard to locate the origin of the sounds. this made it difficult to sleep soundly

i found the location quite convenient. breakfast had a great selection and it was diverse. i also appreciated my little balcony that faced the rear of the hotel. i enjoyed sitting out there with a glass of wine and watching the pigeons!

the location was great. i was really close to las ramblas and la boqueria market. the room was super clean and cleaned every day, which i appreciated (it felt very fresh).

the shower caused flooding on the floor after each use. the staff seemed a bit inattentive, as they were often watching football on a tablet. i noticed this during check-in, a little distracting.

the area around the hotel felt uncomfortable to walk through at night. there was no assistance with luggage.
