helpful staff friendly staff luggage assistance uncomfortable bed poor pillow neck pain
The staff was SO helpful and friendly. Victor and Robert especially were great. They helped us with our luggage since we arrived earlier than expected. They even offered water and candy!
The bed was UNCOMFORTABLE, especially the pillows. The pillows barely offer any support at all. My partner and I woke up with neck and shoulder pains after the first night.

small room unsafe pool
the breakfast was disappointing. it felt overpriced at 15 euros per person. the room assigned to me was small, apparently the smallest in the entire place. the pool area was also quite cramped, with not enough space around it. i felt unsafe and uncomfortable.

fantastic stay!
great location short walk bus stop friendly service
The location was great! it was just a short walk to the main metro line. Plenty of bus stops are nearby. i walked to all the main attractions. the service was so friendly, i cannot praise them enough!
the pool is very small. it's also shaded in the afternoon, so my swim was brief.

I saw the breakfast had a good variety of choices. it looked fresh. The restaurant personnel are very friendly. internet speed is very fast, i could easily upload all my photos from the day.

The hotel is clean. it is nicely decorated. i also saw the pool. It looked very inviting, though a bit small! the hotel provides daily towel changes and room cleaning, which i really appreciated.

good breakfast friendly staff clean room small room worn wall poor amenities
the location was great I could easily reach different attractions. the breakfast was also very good, it has many options. the staff was friendly and helped me with restaurant recommendations. the hotel rooms were clean and tidy, it had daily housekeeping.
the rooms were small, it did not had much space. the wall had some scratches and wear and tear on the floor. the amenities in the room was poor for a four star hotel, i think.
