the reception staff was always helpful and friendly. the room had good amenities and was very clean. i found the location to be central (near the arc de triomf) with many restaurants close by.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could occasionally hear noise from the hallway.

the hotel enjoys a convenient location near the metro and bus stops, which are just a few minutes walk away. many shops and restaurants surround the hotel. the triumphal arch is also very close by (making it easy to get around).

The location was acceptable near public transport. I didn't need taxis, i suppose.
The air conditioning was a joke, seriously. it kept cutting out every ten minutes, all day and night. the noise was bad. The room next door seemed to be hosting a convention. the breakfast area reeked of stale smoke, too.

the room was very clean (which i appreciated). the location proved excellent for quickly accessing key city attractions and i could reach many places by walking, which saved time and money on transportation.
I found the air conditioning unit to be somewhat loud. It cycled on and off frequently throughout the night.

great locationmold issuescracked sink
The location was close to the Arc de Triomf metro station in the city center it was useful.
The ventilation in the bathroom was poor it quickly fogged up after a shower. The sink was cracked and drained very slowly. I also noted mold issues present in the bathroom area this was a disappointment.

The room felt smaller than I expected. The air conditioning unit made a noticeable noise throughout the night. It was difficult to sleep soundly. Also the shower drain was slow, so water pooled around my feet. I mentioned this at the front desk, but nothing changed. It.

the air conditioning struggled to cool the room effectively (it reminded me of it was barely working). i also found the bathroom layout awkward. showering inevitably resulted in water splashing all over the toilet and floor.
