excellent resort facilities

The resort offers a great variety of facilities. the pools were well kept and clean. i particularly enjoyed the convenient app ordering system for drinks near the loungers. This made relaxing so much easier. the funfair provided enjoyable entertainment for both children and adults.

i found the buggy service to be somewhat irregular. it did not operate on a fixed schedule , made planning a bit challenging. i sometimes had to wait longer than expected despite contacting the concierge for assistance.

the hotel offers nine pools and a private beach which are great. a funfair with gentle rides is also available. there is also a waterpark, gym and tennis courts for various activities.

I found the environment very beautiful. The staff was consistently friendly. My room received cleaning service twice a day! It had everything needed for a perfect vacation, including heated pools and evening shows.

Guests reserved sun loungers early and left their towels all day! The pools reminded me of ice plunge pools. I thought they would be heated.

The food was amazing and the staff were also very helpful. The hotel rooms were perfect for my family. Choice of food and quality was great.

The pool entertainment, it didn't existed. I also found that there was no bins next to the sun loungers. Smoking in the outside restaurant was not something I liked as well.
