I loved the many pools. This hotel has zones for adults. I found even a shallow pool that looks great for little kids. Multiple restaurants are on site, i like it, they avoid menu overlaps. I booked through Mrs Oksan and that was perfect. The location is convenient for meetings and vacations. I appreciate the mountain views from the breakfast restaurant. The cheese selection was amazing, really!

The breakfast included a super variety of cheese. The on-site restaurant, Pablitos, was really good. I enjoyed walking to nearby coffee shops. The food was very tasty and fresh.

The hotel has multiple pools. There are adult zones there. A shallow swimming pool suited little kids. The hotel beach has a concrete podium. Sunbeds were available .

The staff was friendly and accommodating. I want to give credit to the guest experience team. They were very good for me. The reception staff seemed overwhelmed but uninterested.

The room service was quite cheap (this was a pleasant surprise).
I was disappointed with some aspects of my stay. The staff at reception did not seem very helpful. I also found the walls in my Skyline Suite to be quite thin. I could hear a lot of noise from neighboring rooms.

The staff provided really good service. I received a warm welcome. The sea views from the hotel were amazing. The heated pool offered a relaxing experience, and the children's play area was a great addition (my kids loved it).
The minibar prices were higher than I expected.

the staff were cute and ready to help. i appreciated the variety of pools available with a great beach. i found the gym had state-of-the-art equipment (it was great for my workout routine).
i found that the walls were thin, and noise from the adjacent room was easily heard.
