The staff was very helpful with directions and requests. the pools were clean and offered a relaxing experience. I especially liked that there was more than one pool to choose from. i told the reception staff it was my partner's birthday, and they helped make it a nice day for us!
I noticed loud music was played at most hours. The hotel advertises as a calm romantic getaway, which wasn't my experience.

My back suffered due to the bed IT broke. I asked about changing rooms to find a better bed. I was told all beds are the same. The room looked good but was not functional, offering barely any space to put clothes, SO the room became messy.

My room faced the road, so car noise kept me up at night. The sound of loud exhausts and speeding taxis was constant. the salty pool bar's menu lacked variety, plus, the limited lunch options were expensive. some staff members didn't seem approachable, disappointing

i found the staff was friendly and helpful. the food theme nights and dessert were also great. the cocktails i had were high quality.
