super experience at royal moderna!
great layoutcomfortable bedrude staff
i usually don't bother with hotel entertainment, but kara got me involved and she's so fun and helpful i am very pleased with her efforts. the hotel is beautifully maintained with a great layout and it is super clean. i found the rooms spacious and the beds comfortable.
the rude bar staff was my only problem and getting decent communication in english was difficult and they only knew basic words and phrases and it was tough to get what i needed. the lack of clear communication was frustrating.

the hotel has a large area that's really nice for walks and the grounds are very clean and beautiful i also liked that the beach is clean and there is a long pier to walk on and enjoy the sea.

i found a great variety of tasty food across the restaurants and the meals on the grill were delicious. the staff was very kind and helpful and the service was good plus the cocktails at the bars were delicious.

An AMAZING Holiday Experience!!!

I loved the hotel staff. They were so friendly. Chef Ashraf was always available. Housekeeping team Mohamed Ramadan and Salah Shazly took extra care of my family and me, which I found especially nice!!! The animation team. The food and beverage options were great. I have to say food was AMAZING!!!
The hotel is quite remote, so getting anywhere requires a taxi.

the pools were clean and the staff were friendly enough
i found the food repetitive across all the restaurants. it was difficult to find a quiet spot during the day because of the constant loud music. the lack of variety became quite frustrating after a few days

the staff were very helpful throughout my stay they ensured everything was enjoyable alyona from guest relations printed our boarding passes and arranged a late check out housekeeper ramandan ali kept the room super clean and added personal touches throughout the stay i found the water park enjoyable. the hotel offered a variety of food options in the restaurants to suit different tastes there was plenty access to food and drinks at different times of the day

The pools were a highlight. I loved the variety. The aquapark was big and offered enough space. The diving view at the beach was wonderful too. The tour options were also great!!!
The hotel did not have multiple restaurants as advertised. The Italian, fish, Egyptian, and main buffet areas reminded me of a free-for-all. All areas were self-service. I found dinner service chaotic and very noisy.
