everything seemed well-organized. i liked that all the staff were very helpful and friendly. ahmed adel, the room manager in lagouna club, deserves a shoutout. also, mr magdi heikal and mr mohamed gamal at reception in lagouna vista, thank you for your effort.
the resort is large. golf carts are sometimes necessary for travel. i notice delays can occur if they are busy or require charging.

the hotel offered a very warm welcome and were very efficient with check-in. the staff consistently looked for you and ensured ALL needs were met. the team work was great to watch and be around.

my room was large and very clean upon arrival. i found the room was cleaned to a HIGH standard each day, and was very well maintained. the bed was firm and comfortable.

the FOOD was a highlight, i enjoyed the moroccan cuisine. the breakfast room staff, especially karim, were attentive and kind. i noticed osman bey in the kitchen led HIS team well to ensure good food.

the staff were very friendly and always available. i found no stress and no complications. it was one of my best holidays ever. the hotel complex itself is wonderful and the staff makes it even more wonderful (especially the lifeguards). hotel taxi is available and offers a good service with clean cars.
the choice of food was not as good as i expected, it was a bit repetitive. the pressure of water in the shower was not great, and the beds were quite hard. (but it didn't spoil my stay).

the room was spacious and clean. it was cleaned daily and restocked with plenty of water. it included a safe, a mini-fridge, and a balcony with seating.

the main buffet restaurant provided a wide selection of food. i found the breakfast to have many options including omelets, pastries, and fresh fruit. there were multiple bars, with drinks and snacks throughout the day.
