the receptionist was helpful. that was acceptable.

this was worrying and not a great start. they had to call hotels.com to confirm it, but it was resolved quickly. if the hotel had been fully booked, we wouldn't have had anywhere to stay.

The hotel has several swimming pools. i visited the spa three times. The massage was amazing!!! all the staff were very helpful too. i had a very good time.

the food options were very limited. the dining area was cramped. there were long lines for food and it was very busy.

I adored the creative bed decorations from ahmed from housekeeping, so thoughtful. the food was amazing!!! there was always a lot to choose from and very delicious. valia, the animator, brought such positive vibes. She really lifted my mood.

Our room faced the restaurant. The noise was sometimes too much. the air conditioning wasn't working well when we arrived. blackout curtains were not blackout until we asked for a fix. the lighting felt harsh and unpleasant.

It was not my first time at this place! I enjoyed the multiple pools. Each offered different features. There were three restaurants including the main dining area. An Indian restaurant, and a grill. I found the pool bar to be the best spot. It was in front of the sea and in the middle of the pool.

The arrival and first impressions were disappointing. The reception wasn't very cute. No one explained where to go for dinner. Which bars were open, or how anything worked. I thought that the overall maintenance was poor. Tables and chairs seemed dirty. Many were also broken.

the food was amazing!!! every day offered different themes. the staff were all very friendly. i booked tours directly from the diving center located at the beach.

i wish there was a sandy area to enter the ocean. you must swim in the open ocean and it's quite deep immediately. this might not be a good choice if you are traveling with young children. i noticed the rooms could use some updating to modernize the decor.

the pools were acceptable , and i found one suitable for my needs.

i found several issues that require attention. the bathroom lacked proper cleaning. i also found that the mini-bar was not stocked upon arrival and i had to request it be filled. the overall selection of drinks was also limited , offering very little beyond basic options.

A Fantastic Holiday Experience

I enjoyed my stay! The facilities include five swimming pools. Each pool had distinct features. I found three restaurants offering variety. There was a main restaurant, an Indian restaurant, and a grill restaurant. The type C charger in the wall was very useful.

I experienced a minor issue. The entertainment staff were quite persistent. I was asked about participating in activities multiple times daily. The staff should recognize when guests prefer to relax without constant invitations.

Breakfast catered to many tastes. It included waffles and fresh fruit. Lunch options were available at the bar near the lower pool. Dinner included pasta and BBQ options. Desserts featured fresh fruit.
