The room featured a large living area. A separate room included a bathroom. This bathroom had a tub, walk-in shower, and twin sinks. I had a ground floor room. The balcony opened onto manicured gardens.

Solid Choice for a Relaxing Holiday

clean room good service

My return visit included a room and it was very clean. The staff was friendly. Mr Mohamed Al-Demi from the concierge service was helpful with my family. His good customer service was appreciated.

The man dropped us off expecting money when I offered him some because I felt uncomfortable, he scoffed and shook his head as it clearly wasn't enough and stormed out!

The location is only five minutes from SOHO. The hotel includes pools and the general premises are beautiful. There is a bus. It operates for the upper section.

The staff is nice. The bar waiter, Hany elkady, offered great service. Zakria yourself, the bartender, was nice. Mohamed Barkat at reception was attentive. He helped.

large pool activity area main building tax issue high price

The hotel had a very large pool. The length of resort follows the pool. There are also two bars there and activities for all people. There is a special section only for adults. The main building have two bars you could use. It also had a nice small shop selling clothes, snacks, and souvenirs.

The tax was an important issue. Our price was 463 dollars. I payed 597 dollars at the hotel. The person named Muhammed Barakat said the difference was the tax. It was a high price.

the entertainment was lacking. daytime activities were non-existent, and music just repeated from a usb stick. evening entertainment ended early. the bar closed too soon, and i had to pay for drinks after that. this was frustrating after a long day.
