charmed by good adults-only escape!

this hotel provides excellent options for dining. the turkish restaurant surprised me. manager bassem hani provided really good service with a warm welcome. i felt special.
I noticed some sunbeds at the beach needed replacement. Some mattresses looked faded.

The staff are friendly and very helpful at all times. guest relations services assisted with leisure activities. This added a lot of value. team members are dedicated to creating a quiet setting. i experienced warm, personalized support during my time here.

The variety of food in the a la carte restaurants impressed me during my 2-night stay. Staff members were helpful and friendly. They always aimed to provide really good service. I found the room very spacious. The bathroom was large, a feature I appreciated.
I noticed the gym equipment showed some signs of wear.

the gym had adequate equipment for a basic workout.
i could not book the brazilian restaurant i wanted to try. the staff told me to book another holiday if i wanted to eat there (i found this arrogant).
