The staff were next level attentive. Ahmed, Waleed, Hossam, Nasr, and Reda were fantastic. The cleaners were very kind, and I would definitely return. The rooms were also great. The hotel is lovely.

The main pool had very loud music. It was awful and not what I wanted. Loungers round the main and infinity pool are old and uncomfortable. They were very low, and it was not easy to get up from them.

The location was good. The rooms are equipped well. the hotel staff were helpful with directions. the room was clean and the cleaning service was regular.

The entertainment did not announce schedules. we missed the beach party, because we were unaware. the food options for vegetarians were limited. The salad area was not labeled correctly.
