A Dreamy Escape!

The staff displayed warmth and helpfulness. The private beach access became my personal oasis, so peaceful. My apartment offered ample space, I felt completely at home. I found the location ideal, with easy access to so many attractions.

The rooftop pool felt a little small.

My room featured a comfortable bed, it was very soft and relaxing. The air conditioning worked well and kept the apartment cool. Filtered water on tap saved me from carrying heavy bottles, this was a great plus.

The hotel offers a private beach. The sunsets there were lovely. Nakheel Mall is within easy walking distance, so convenient!!! Uber cabs arrived within minutes, it made getting around simple.

i was so glad i picked this hotel for my holiday. having an apartment, not just a bedroom, gave us space for relax after the heat. the air conditioning worked great and easy to manage. the filtered water saved me from carrying heavy bottles.

also, some guests shouted in the corridors late at night, so sleep wasn't easy.

Fantastic apartment with great beach access!

The location was great and a supermarket was right next to the hotel, so convenient. The kitchen included filtered water and a capsule coffee machine. The beach promenade had many options with really good restaurants. It was easy to take a walk in the evenings.

I had to pay a deposit upon arrival and I'm still waiting for the refund. I hope they can improve this.

The room was spacious and it included a balcony. It had everything I needed. A washing machine, washing powder, and clothes horse were even provided in my apartment. The air con worked perfectly!

mixed feelings about my stay

inconsistent hot waterpoor communication

I was quite disappointed with a few aspects of my stay. the hot water wasn't consistent . It failed twice for extended periods. communication from the staff about this issue was also poor . I wasn't informed proactively and my inquiries weren't followed up on. this definitely detracted from the overall experience , considering the price i paid.
