i received a front desk upgrade to a suite it was a lovely surprise the breakfast had a good variety i also had dinner at the belgian cafe the room had a clean atmosphere the staff were consistently pleasant

i noticed some broken items in the room specifically the kettle and bathroom glass there were also no electricity sockets on one side of the bed figuring out the light system was difficult the pillows were not very comfortable

The breakfast buffet featured diverse choices. The gym offered modern equipment. The swimming pool area included a whirlpool for relaxation. Location offered proximity to the metro station. It was a short walk. The hotel exudes a luxurious atmosphere, a significant value for the price. The staff are very supportive and patient with us.

The rooms had thin walls. I heard noise from the corridor. Loud music disturbed my sleep during the weekend. I could hear people chattering. It was an issue even after changing rooms.

I found the free valet parking to be SO convenient. The breakfast had good variety and adequate options. It was a really good start to my day. I found the staff helpful. They attended to my needs quickly. A helpful shuttle bus offered rides to several locations.

The staff were very attentive and polite. Kaye and Princess were especially helpful at the counter. Ayman and Venkat provided amazing service. They offered continuous support and quickly responded to all requests with respect, much appreciated.
