fresh towelsunbearable stayscared staff
the rooms were spacious. there were plenty of fresh towels available.
The staff seemed scared to enforce the rules. kids were screaming and playing ball in the adults-only pool. i asked the staff to tell the kids to leave but they said there was nothing they could do. it ruined the luxury.

The rooms were spacious. I found the cleanliness really good and the luxurious décor quite pleasing. The staff were quick to address any need and provided excellent support (especially in handling requests). The location offers easy access to nearby attractions.
The gym, while available, lacked some essential equipment such as a multipress machine. I hope they consider upgrading these facilities.

My Ocean Balcony Beautiful Room featured a sizable balcony with unobstructed sea views. The room included a king-size bed, a seating area with a sofa, and a work desk. The bathroom had both a separate shower and a bathtub.

wonderful stay!

The room was amazing. I had a garden room and it was very comfy. the staff was always friendly and eager to help. i spent a lot of time at the beach and pool. the kids club had great toys for the children to use.
The gym was not great. there were not many machines and no cable machine. There were only cardio machines.

The vip lounge staff members were very kind and cute. I especially appreciate prit, abishek, yousuf, and edwin. chef halima made excellent food. the entire staff seemed eager to help with whatever was needed.

the hotel offers a private beach that is sublime with fine sand and food service on the sunbeds. the adult pool is separate from the kid's pool. there are several places to eat with really good signature cocktails.

this hotel is set against a amazing backdrop of giant stone boulders and rugged mountain ranges. it has one of the best seas in the area! the hotel is new and impeccably maintained.
