the room included a large bathroom with two separate sinks the gym featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes breakfast offered a variety of options each day. i could easily access the metro since the hotel is next to it the executive lounge was decorated well and practical it provided a comfortable space.

the lobby looked on point.
I encountered issues with the wall-mounted toiletries in my room. One dispenser was detached. the sunbeds near the pool were not clean either. it did not match the expected standards for a five-star hotel.

I was welcomed very warmly. I booked a Beautiful Executive King room, and it was perfect (I was so happy). The bed had a beautiful "Welcome" display. Every visit, the level of care has been excellent. Jacob is an really good concierge, he is always there to assist.
Unfortunately, my key cards stopped working . I had to return to the reception to have them revalidated. Housekeeping knocked on the door despite the 'Do Not Disturb' light being on. This woke us up unnecessarily.

I left some clothes in the room by mistake. when i contacted the hotel about this after four days, they claimed nothing had been found. I was very disappointed by this service, as i am sure i left them there. this missing item gave me a negative impression.

the room was excellent and spacious.
I found the entrance and arrival area to be quite poor. there is no proper lobby and this floor is confusing. the hotel lacks a decent street entrance. This is inconvenient without a car since it is a good location for metro access and shopping.

the sunbeds had dirty cushions i noticed bird droppings near the pool area the pool area cleanliness needs attention. the wall-mounted toiletries in my room were not refilled one dispenser was detached from the wall i found the presentation unacceptable. i encountered information disconnection
