good facilitieslong waitmissing towels
the beach had changing room and facilities, good, i suppose.
my room wasnt ready when i arrived. i had to wait a hour for them to finish cleaning. the housekeeping missed some important things like towels and water, so i had to ask them later. also, the breakfast buffet ran out of avocado, the one thing i actually wanted.

the hotel is excellent. the pool area and beach are well maintained. i found the leisure facilities excellent. the dining options are great with high-quality food and attentive service.
i noticed that some staff at breakfast seemed a little uncoordinated.

The hotel provides convenient access to nearby attractions, great for easy exploration. I found it super close to museums and the ampi theatre, so lots to do.

The hotel has a shaded pool and a huge main pool with floats. Also available are water loungers for use for free. The kids club had some lovely activities too!!!

Solid stay with some high points
refreshing watercomfortable bedgood pressure shower
i enjoyed the pool area. there are many loungers available. staff members provided towels. the water was refreshing. i spent considerable time there each day. my superior guest room 1 king was spacious. it had a comfortable king bed. the bathroom included two sinks. the shower had good pressure.
the gym equipment looked somewhat dated. i think an upgrade is necessary. i noticed some wear on the treadmills.
