friendly staff breakfast buffet missing balcony cheap slippers
the hotel staff were very friendly. the breakfast buffet had lots of options and a beautiful setting!!!
the room didn't have a balcony. the slippers seemed cheap, like something from a lower-rated hotel.

tired furniture inconvenient entrance
The room seemed quite tired. Some furniture showed its age. The rear entrance locked at 11 pm, forcing a long walk for a cigarette. It is REALLY inconvenient. They need a key card entry like EVERY other hotel.
