The room was beautiful. The bath was a gorgeous, large one. Staff were helpful and also very friendly. Parking was a bonus.

The hotel was very clean and benefitted from a recent upgrade. The restaurant experience was not the best. I had to send my evening meal back as it was cold. It came back warm after being 'pinged' in the microwave but soon went cold again.

the king size sea view room included fantastic large windows offering great views. a huge walk in shower and complimentary toiletries added to the experience. the bed was very comfortable for a fantastic night's sleep. the meals used good quality ingredients and were superbly cooked. the team focused on customers and could not do enough for us, they are friendly, cheerful.

i found the front door locked at 11pm and the side door was also locked in the pouring rain. after searching for an explanation, i discovered my room key card worked on the door. there wasn't any mention of restricted access anywhere in the hotel.

i enjoyed the restaurant with meals containing good quality ingredients and superbly cooked meals. breakfast was equally good with the chef taking pride in the menu. the food was cooked and presented beautifully.

Breakfast was awesome, i loved the choices available. The bar had a great drink selection, including cocktails. Parking was attached to the hotel, that was very convenient.

Bedroom faced the car park, and it was above the kitchen. Cooking smells went inside when open. The bathroom was tiny with a shower surround, water splashed. No shelf in the tiny bathroom. i payed like 200 for that!
