The staff was very cute and always checked on my well-being. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed good sleep. I also liked the selfie wall. It looked nice.
The room did not have net curtains. I had to keep the main curtains closed for privacy.

the staff were very friendly and cute. my room, a quadruple room, was huge. the bed was so comfortable (i slept like a log!).
the bathroom door didn't fully close. the bathroom light was on a sensor that constantly came on and off, despite no one being in there. the room was clearly old, which i expected given the price.

the staff were particularly attentive. adam, the manager, provided excellent service and cared. my room was super clean with fresh linens. i found the complimentary tea and coffee quite convenient after a long day, a small detail that added to the overall positive experience.

I found several issues . The shower's temperature fluctuated from freezing to scalding. It was very difficult to regulate. There was no closet or coat rack available, so I had nowhere to put my clothes. the curtains let in too much light, so the room wasn't dark enough at night.
