the staff was polite and helpful. i found the room clean with a comfortable bed and bathroom. there was shortbread served with the tea and coffee which was amazing. the location was also good with on-site parking.
the pool hours were limited. this made it difficult for my child to use it when desired. she was disappointed.

the room included a stand for the suitcase in the wardrobe. breakfast has a buffet so well stocked and also a full english made to order, it was so comforting. the staff at the front desk, bar and restaurant are so friendly.
the older lady behind reception was very rude and unhelpful during a little moment.

the hotel is close to the main area with a cinema and restaurants, so nice for wandering around. it is easy to get to by car, that is very convenient. i could feel the sea breeze.

professional staff are very polite always. my room was cleaned and refreshed every day with such care. breakfast was very good and i enjoyed every little touch that makes you feel at home.

Food was great at the restaurant, a small symphony in every dish. the restaurant food is excellent and full of flavor. i will certainly revisit just for this culinary experience. It was so unique.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Food from Chef Tom and his team was excellent (the Sunday roast was amazing!). The hotel is well-kept. The room was clean, and I found the bed very comfortable.
The shower pressure was a bit low.

The location was close to the seafront, it allowed easy access to attractions. Free parking was available, such a bonus! The room was clean. It was comfy, and ideal for my short stay.
The walls seemed thin. I heard everyone's conversations. I heard arguments and tvs. A fecking alarm woke me early.

The staffs was very friendly and helpful. Shower gel and soap was supplied in the room. Plenty of car parking spaces was available. I loved the swimming pool, it felt so refreshing after a long day.
One waitress was rude, she told me I waited only 40 minutes for my meal when it was 45 minutes.

my room was too small for a double room. room furniture was close to each other with little space in between to move. the reception area seemed too small and crowded. it was too close to the dining area.
