really good coastal stay
amazing design charming details attentive staff really good service
the interior design was amazing. little details added charm (i particularly enjoyed the art). the staff demonstrated perfect attentiveness and a relaxed demeanor. i found the level of service really good.

The room had gorgeous decoration. I really appreciated the perfect location right in front of the beach. The room was fine and the bed comfortable. I loved the free snacks and drinks (what a treat!).
Everything was perfect, although I noticed the lights kept flickering.

friendly staff lovely views
The rooftop terrace offered lovely views and a good service from friendly staff! blankets were available. The pearly cow restaurant provided efficient service and nicely cooked food, chefs looked calm in the open kitchen.
operating the television was difficult, i only wanted access to the news.

I really enjoyed the the record player in my room. complimentary snacks were a very nice surprise (i especially liked the cake!). the staff were lovely and helpful. They genuinely cared about my comfort.
the lights in the bathroom flickered a little bit.

the staff were really good too. joe, the night porter, was helpful, even when busy with many guests returning from a concert. i really felt at home here.

there was a treats station outside the rooms stocked with unlimited cakes, sweets, ice cream, fruit and soft drinks. the coffee in the bar area was also very good. i considered the offering really good.

The room was lovely. I had a comfy bed, nice lighting, and tea and coffee. it was very clean upon arrival! the location felt perfect for exploring.
the wi-fi signal was quite weak in my room. apply, twice.
