friendly stafflovely views
The rooftop terrace offered lovely views and a good service from friendly staff! blankets were available. The pearly cow restaurant provided efficient service and nicely cooked food, chefs looked calm in the open kitchen.

I really enjoyed the the record player in my room. complimentary snacks were a very nice surprise (i especially liked the cake!). the staff were lovely and helpful. They genuinely cared about my comfort.
the lights in the bathroom flickered a little bit.

the staff were great too. joe, the night porter, was helpful, even when busy with many guests returning from a concert. i really felt at home here.

there was a treats station outside the rooms stocked with unlimited cakes, sweets, ice cream, fruit and soft drinks. the coffee in the bar area was also very good. i considered the offering really good.

the room had direct views of the seafront and a balcony (perfect for morning coffee!). the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom had a waterfall shower with perfect water pressure. the interior was stylish and relaxing.

The room was lovely. I had a comfy bed, nice lighting, and tea and coffee. it was very clean upon arrival! the location felt perfect for exploring.
the wi-fi signal was quite weak in my room. apply, twice.
