This hotel provides complimentary coffee and cake each afternoon. I found treats and water available for my dog. Poop bags were also provided. I ate in the restaurant. The food quality was high, and the team was pleasant.
I noticed a slight smell in the bathroom. It might be time to replace the floor.

Excellent Stay with Dogs

friendly staff puppy blanket complimentary snacks
The staff welcomed us warmly they were also friendly to our dogs. They offered plenty of snacks and complimentary beverages. We found a blanket and toy for our puppy in the room.
I thought a dog water bowl could be provided considering the dog guest fee.

The staff was lovely and helpful EVERY time i needed something. The location is spot on, it's right by the beautiful bridge. A dog toy and snuggly blanket was a wonderful touch. I really liked it. The room had a large clean shower with great water PRESSURE.
There were no curtains. Just blinds went from ceiling to floor with gaps on each side. The blinds do not keep the light out when the sun came up. This was quite ANNOYING.

the staff was friendly and helpful and ensured i felt comfortable as a solo female traveler with a dog. the dog grooming facilities were beneficial after beach walks. a mini bar was available in the room with several options. i appreciated the relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel.
during my stay, the self check-in and check-out process felt slightly impersonal, though efficient.

A Reasonable Stay

coffee maker ice bucket comfortable bed broken lift dilapidated building hot room
The room had a coffee maker, and staff replenished tea, coffee, sugar, fresh milk, and water daily. An ice bucket was also in the room with an ice cube machine in the hallway. A fan helped keep the room comfortable. The bed was large and comfortable.
The lift to the fourth floor was broken. This climb was not easy. The building seemed somewhat dilapidated. The room felt hot even with the fan.
